Back at our home from home we relaxed in the conservatory and had a glass of wine and interesting flowing conversation with Pete, before retiring to welcome dreams. A beautiful high quality dinner at a local hotel was included in our package. I discussed this at length with my friend who has previous experience of full body massage and we were both highly impressed with the unique treatment experienced. I am therefore delighted to say it was the most beautiful, relaxing experience I have had. I have never had a professional full body massage before, and understandably was nervous and unsure what to expect. Suitably relaxed and impressed we had our full body massage treatment which was the highlight of the stay. The Lodge is situated in idyllic Brecon, a short stroll into the village and with spectacular views of the scenic beauty of the Brecon Beacons ( which require no introduction) Greeted by our host Pete we were welcomed into a truly homely environment, which was tastefully decorated to satisfy the most fastidious appetite for tranquil spa style surroundings, and following a gorgeous lunch at The Hills diner had a relaxed chat with lovely Pete over a pot of tea. Unfortunately, these chronic pains can add to the stress that is initially causing the pain and the cycle continues. All of that tension and the nervous clenching of the jaw some people experience can even contribute to TMJ. Prolonged tension in the neck and shoulders can trigger headaches and migraines.
